KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

This is Murat Daşdemir's personal, non-commercial blog, not a company or business website. It does not sell products or services or maintain customer memberships. The data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is Murat Daşdemir acting as an individual. Requests may be sent to the current email address published in the Contact section.

2. Data categories

• Identity and contact: name and email address.
• Request data: subject, message and form answers.
• Security data: IP address, timestamps, source URL, browser/device data and referrer.
• Preferences and usage: language, cookie choice and—only with permission—analytics usage data.

3. Purposes and grounds

Data is processed to answer requests, operate and secure the site, investigate faults or abuse, comply with lawful requests and prepare aggregate statistics. The applicable grounds are KVKK Articles 5/2-a, 5/2-ç, 5/2-e and 5/2-f. Non-essential analytics relies on an affirmative choice under Article 5/1.

4. Collection method

Data is obtained electronically through dynamic/contact forms, server and security logs, and cookies, directly from you or automatically from your device.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to hosting, email, security and technical service providers to the extent required, and to authorities where legally required. Google Analytics loads only after consent. International transfers must satisfy KVKK Article 9.

6. Article 11 rights and requests

You may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn its purpose and recipients, seek correction or deletion where conditions apply, request notification to recipients, object to exclusively automated adverse results and claim compensation. Send a clear request to the Contact email without including unnecessary data. Requests are answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.
